Add, Edit and Delete a document link

Adding a Link to a Standard Record
Documents can be linked to freely available website content or documents on customer servers through the Document Links feature. These links can only be viewed by the registered user who has logged in to the database.
A link is added by clicking on  button in the Links container. A link can only be added to a document once it has been added to a collection.
 
To add a new link fill in the fields
 
To edit a link, hover over the link name to see the ellipsis option (shown above). Only links you have created can be edited.
 
 
 
To delete a link select ‘Delete’ from the ellipsis options.
