Set up purchase

i2i users can purchase additional documents from their subscription, in three different ways:

• Single licence: Purchase the standard for single user access in a digital or hard copy format
• Subscription Unlock: Purchase the standard for multiple users access as a subscription license
• Block Unlock : Add a new standard to the pre-purchased publisher block

Access to these features depends on number of factors including user roles, standard publishers, and your subscription settings.

Set up purchase

Before purchasing any standards from the i2i platform, your account manager would work with you to set up your account in i2i.

Once your account has been set up, create contacts for your account. You can use these contacts for invoicing and shipping details at the time of placing the order.

Create contacts

To create a contact for your account, go to your purchase (Order or Unlock) menu, and select contacts.

Click on ‘Add new contact’ and provide contact details.

To modify/ delete an existing contact, select the action from the menu options.
