Search Results

Viewing Search Results

Standards search provides the documents matching the search parameters. The search results have following information about the document:

  • Document
    • Document number
    • Document title
    • Languages
    • Historic versions
  • Document status (Current status of the document)
  • Document version (Current version of the document)
  • Action
    • Watch the document
    • Add the document to your management collections

Refining search results

Search results can be refined by selecting relevant parameters and applying your selections.

Return to your original search results by clicking on ‘CLEAR ALL’. This would remove all selections and provide the original search results.

Acting on search results

 

To save your search results, click on ‘Save your search’, provide a title to your search, and save. You can then view the saved search on your home page, after you login into i2i.

By default, search results are sorted by relevance. To sort search results by alphabet, switch to sort results by alphabet.

To export the search results, click on the export button, select the columns required, and export.

To watch/ unwatch bulk documents, select the documents and choose actions.

To add documents to a collections/ remove documents from a collection, select the documents and choose actions.
