Whitelisting a User

Whitelisting is a way for users from external domains to have access to a Subscription.

i.e. User from Company “ABC” wishes to have access to Subscription “123” but their email domain is not registered under the subscription, we can allow access for the user to have access to the “123” Subscription, by whitelisting that user.

If you require an external user to be whitelisted, please speak with your Account Manager.

Once activated, arrange with your Account Manager, how you’d like to request a user be whitelisted.
