Dashboard
Summery
i2i administrators can use the dashboard to review their subscription usage. The summary section provides four different views of the subscription usage for the period of last 6 weeks:
- By Business Unit: Displays the total of C2V downloaded and C2V viewed through the online viewer, separated by each business unit. Hover your mouse over any data point to review the business unit name.
- By Users: Provides the total of C2V downloaded and C2V viewed through the online viewer, separated by users. The graph lists the top 10 users of the subscription.
- By Publishers: Provides the total of C2V downloaded and C2V viewed through online viewer, separated by publishers.
- Weekly active users: Provides the total number of users who logged into i2i, separated by business units.
Dashboards – Documents
The Documents section helps administrators understand the important documents used by their subscription. It provides information about:
- Total Viewed Documents: Number of total documents, whose records were viewed by all users, for a selected period
- Total Downloaded Documents: Number of total documents, downloaded or viewed online, for the selected time period
- Total Requests: Number of total requests made by users to purchase additional documents
- Most Viewed Documents: Displays document names, whose records were most viewed by all users, for a selected period
- Most Downloaded Documents: Displays document names, which were most downloaded or viewed online, for the selected time period
- Most Requested Documents: Displays document names, which were most requested for a selected time period
- Recently Viewed Documents: Displays most recently accessed document names
- Recently Downloaded Documents: Displays the most recently downloaded documents
- Recently Requested Documents: Display the documents that were requested most recently
Dashboard – Users
Users sections provide the following information about i2i usage by different users:
- Most Documents viewed: Number of documents viewed by users
- Most Downloads: Lists the name of users and number of documents downloaded by users
- Most Order Requests: List the name of users and the number of documents requested by users
- Most FUP violations: List the name of users and the number of fair usage policy violations made by the users
- User Registration: Provides the registration summary about users including:
- Recently Registered Users:
- Unconfirmed Users: Users who registered but did not confirm their registration
- Expired Users: Users with expired registration
- Disabled Users: Users with disabled registration
- Recently Registered Users:
Dashboard – Groups
Group sections provide the following information about i2i usage by different Groups, this is a broader overview of access to the i2i platform:
- Most Documents viewed: Number of documents viewed by users
- Most Downloads: Lists the name of users and number of documents downloaded by users
- Most Order Requests: List the name of users and the number of documents requested by users
Dashboard – Click2View
Click2View is a breakdown of the collections on the subscription which grants access to documents on your account.
