Reports

The reports function is a feature in i2i that allows administrators to generate reports on their user’s access in greater detail than the Dashboard function.

This feature is not enabled by default, if you wish to have access to this feature please contact your Account Manager to request for the Reports Function to be enabled.

There are several Report options to select from to generate a report, each report will have a date and time frame in which can be set to refine the report generated.

The Report options are:

Downloaded Documents by Publisher (Rpt.23)

Report of documents that have been downloaded separated by Publisher

Downloaded Documents by Site (Rpt.8)

Report of documents that have been downloaded separated by Site if your subscription has been configured into different sites

Downloaded Documents by User (Rpt.89)

Report of documents separated by the user

Ecommerce Transactions (Rpt.802)

Report of E-Commerce Transaction if your subscription has been configured for E-commerce Transactions

List of Alerts (Rpt.100)

Report with a list of Alerts triggered on the subscription

List of registered users (Rpt.121)

Report of users registered to the subscription

List of users not logged in whin a certain number of days (Rpt.155)

Provides a list of users that have not logged in set by the Vaule entered of days.

List of users who have never logged in (rpt.171)

List of users that have registered but not logged in

Ordered documents (Rpt.123)

List of Documents that were ordered using the Unlock & Add Feature.

 

To access those reports:

  • Go to Reports > Generate
  • Choose the desired report
  • Provide a report time frame
  • Click on ‘Generate report’
  • The report will be generated and emailed to you.
    • If you enter an email to the field “Email report to” the report will be only sent to the recipients entered.
    • If the field is left blank it will be sent to the user requesting the report.
    • The email will be sent from i2i-helpdesk@saiglobal.com

Schedule Reports

The reports can also be scheduled by users for monthly or quarterly access. This helps users to get the desired data in their mailbox automatically.

To schedule a report, go to the ‘Schedule’ tab within Reports. All reports are displayed here.

Enable the report scheduling for any report, choose schedule frequency (monthly or quarterly), and click on ‘Save Scheduling’. The system would automatically generate the report and email, based on selected frequency.

History

The History tab provides you with:

  • a list of reports that have been generated
  • the time and date of when the report was generated
  • the status of the job.
